Our vision goes beyond one van: we’re building a fleet of mobile wellness pods, starting with contrast therapy and expanding to include recovery, relaxation, and advanced modalities in future vans.

  • Book a session online, and our Reset van arrives at your chosen location.
    Step into a private, climate‑controlled space designed for an optimal contrast therapy session, then emerge refreshed and recharged.

  • Contrast therapy alternates hot and cold exposure—typically moving between a sauna and a cold plunge—to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, improve recovery, and elevate mood.

  • Each standard session is 30 minutes, including a guided intro, 25 minutes of contrast therapy, and time to transition in and out comfortably.

  • We provide everything you need, including towels and water. Bring a swimsuit or comfortable, quick‑drying clothing, but you don’t need to arrive wearing it — our private van has space for you to change before and after your session.

  • Yes. Each Reset van is a single‑client pod. It’s your personal space for the entire session (or shared with a partner if you book a Duo session).

  • Yes! Our sauna accommodates two people comfortably, and you can alternate between the sauna and cold plunge during the session.

  • We currently serve Kansas City and surrounding areas, including Overland Park, Leawood, Mission Hills, and nearby neighborhoods.

  • A 30‑minute private contrast therapy session (sauna + cold plunge) is $110 for individuals or $150 for duos.
